a false Seal to certain Receipts for money and by means of the said Reeipts had [received?] certain [Siccas?] of money from the Treasury of the Company and that the said Prawnkissen Sing had desired the said Radanaut to procure a Seal to be engraved for him the said Prawnkissen. Whereas in truth he the said Prawnkissen Sing had not affixed a false Seal to any Receipts nor had by means of said Receipts received any sums of money whatsoever from the Treasury of the Company nor had he desired the said Radanaut to get any Seal engraven for him.
There are two other Counts of which the third differes from the first (already stated) chiefly in this that in the 3d Count the Defendants are to have combined together to charge Prawnkissen Sing with the several offences before ­­enumerated with an intent [to?] deprive him of his Offices of Naib Dewan to the Committee of Revenue, and Naib
