wrote down something; & in [conveyance?] made his application to this Court & Golaum Ashruff was brought up. The Court examined the case, & ordered him to be sent to Chitpoor.
4 Gentlemen were afterwards appointed to investigate the [ILL] & required witnesses from Golaum Ashruff. He promised to produce witnesses to prove this. I know this from Golaum Ashruff who used to tell me everyday what passed before the 4 [Complainants?], & bid me carry the account of it to Ramchunder Sein, Gopy Nazir & Munshy Sudder
