Ramchunder’s house is a very small one & has only 2 rooms above stairs separate [from] each other beside a small Veranda to the road.
I suppose that in one of the rooms there is partition, and that in one part of it he performs his poojah (worship) and in the other part has victuals cooked for I saw a fire there & the wall was blackened with smoke.
In the other room he [ILL] and it has little veranda
