The Persian Paper was brought with the English Paper but who brought them I do not know. Many Papers are brought to me for the Governor-General.
Q. Do you know for what purpose these Papers were deliver’d to you?
A. For the Purpose that all are, to be given to the Governor-General. I perfectly remember sending to Mr. Cowper that English Paper, I imagine that
