In one of those accots settled & signed by Law 28 Feb: 1785, there is this Entry 1784 Mar 31. To amount of 10 Drats sold by you, viz – (enumerating them to the amount of 64700 CR. Same acct shews him a genl agent by the [ILL] of entries in it.
Mr. Killican being notoriously by the agent of Law, had credit with the settlement as such, & if there is a loss by his insolvency, Mr. Law who gave him that credit
