If afterwards Mr. Law had disapproved of K’s acting as his agent, genly, he should have withdrawn his [ILL] or have notified to the Publick that he was now his agent only for a particular purpose.
We cannot prove what proves of Atty Mr. Law gave to K but we can shew that by the course of their dealing he [ILL] allowed, & silently authorized the discounting these very orders on account of Investment [ILL] a subsequent acct dated 13 Sept: 1785
