Kebulram Gaut Mangee
An Action to recover money due on an account for advance money for the hire of Boats. The Plaintiff was Banyan to Major Morgan, who was contractor for Boats for the Company. The only Question in this cause is a Question of fact, and of the Course of that Trade. Kebulram the Gaut Mangee had orders to have boats ready, and had got boats ready, and kept them some days at the Gaut, ready for Passengers who never came. Kebulram had advanced money to the Mangees of those Boats, the Witnesses swore that the Passengers not coming, the pay of the Mangees never commenced, according to the Course of that Trade, and also that by the Custom of that Trade, the Money was to be
