Monday November. 16th 1778.
Present
Sir E. Impey
Sir Robert Chambers
and
Mr. Justice Hyde.
[Triple Line]
In the Goods of Weller, deceased.
Mr. Sealey, Moved again to have the Administration Bond, Executed by Mr. Handcock, put in Suit against Mr. Handcock’s Securities in that Bond Dr. Campbell, and Mr. Belli, and Dr. Handcock’s Executor Mr. Hastings the Governor-General. Impey remark’d that the Ground of the application which had been laid before the Court were insufficient, for it was only made on the Ground of Mrs. Weller being Administratrix in England of the Goods of her late husband, and the Ground was not laid among the Papers put into Court that she was Widow and therefore interested in the Estate of the Deceased, but that rested only in allegation.
No Order of Court was now made
