1778. 4 Term. Wedn: Nov. 18.

Wednesday November. 18th 1778.
The last day of the Fourth Term 1778.
Present
Sir E. Impey
Sir Robert Chambers
&
Mr. Justice Hyde.

[Triple Line]
There were a good many ordinary motions.
Mr. Brix, Moved for Judgment as in Case of a Non-Suit, on the Certificate of the Clerk of the Papers of Issue Join’d more than One Term ago, in the Cause of Anupe and Boola
v
Radakissen & Chomrro Metre.
The Court determined this was not sufficient ground, though it is all the Rule requires, because experience shews that there may have been proceedings in the Prothonotary’s Office, and therefore there must always in future, be a Certificate also, from the Prothonotary of the last proceeding in his Office.

Gocul Chund Cotmah
v
Banarassey Gose.
A Non-Suit.
