Sessions of Oyer and Terminer and General Gaol Delivery.
Thursday December 4th 1777.

Hyde, being all the Judges now alive, my brother Lemaistre having died in this Town, Tuesday Nov. 4th 1777.
It was near Eleven o’Clock when the Sessions were open’d.
My brother Chambers gave the Charge which would have been given by my brother Lemaistre, if he had been alive.
The Charge was short, only taking twenty three minutes in the delivery.
