An Action on the Case.
The First Court, Was intended to have been on a Bill of Exchange drawn for 17,728 Arcot Rupees by Francis Reed dated 23d of Jan: 1776 directed to James Ogden and requiring him to pay that Sum to James Huggins or Order Twenty One days after date, which Bill Ogden accepted, but refused to pay.
This Bill was wrongly stated on the Record, and therefore the Count was totally deserted.
The Second Count, and others were for Goods sold and deliver’d to the Value of 17,728 Arcot Rupees.
In this Cause it was admitted the Goods were Sold and Deliver’d and were of the Value stated.
