Mr. Davies moved that the Court will receive & record an original order of the Court of King’s Bench for issuing a Mandamus to this Court for the Examination of Wtses and also the Writ of Mandamus itself issued in Consequence thereof –

Elijah Impey Knt Ch: Just: Sir Robert Chambers Kt John Hyde Esq & Sir Wm Jones Knt. Judges of his Majesty’s Supreme Co: of Jud: at Fort Wm in Bengal in the East Indies commanding them the sd Ch: Just: & Judges to hold also: for the examination of the Witnesses on the Part of the [Plf?] in this cause pursuant to the Statute made in the 13th year of the reign of his present majesty & to perform all such other mres & things as by the direction of the sd Stat: is required
