After hearing arguments on both sides the Court at length resolved that the Rule should be made absolute and Plaintiff still be at liberty to give Security Provided that he offer it tomorrow in open Court.
2. . That Execution be not taken out this term.
3. . That the Costs of this Rule be paid by Mr. Hamilton Attorney for Plaintiff.
