This Sessions began on Friday December 4th and has been regularly Open’d and adjourn’d Dayly (except Sunday) since, but nothing has been done except finding Bills by the Grand Jury. The Trial of Indictments having been deferr’d till to day, because of the Trial of the Cause of Nauderah Baigum v Bauhader Beg, Kazy Saudee, Muftee Barracktoolah, and Muftee Gullaum Mahkdoom, all of Patna in Bahar, which was going on at the Sittings, having been begun on Monday November 30th and continued daily (except Sunday) to yesterday when it ended.
