Mr. Da Costa the Defendant, in consequence of a Notice from Mr. Hamilton and in August 1784 the Trial came on and there was a Non-Suit.
There was a Mortgage Deed for Fifty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Current Rupees, which is mention’d in the Bill, but no mention is made of a Mortgage given by Mr. Da Costa for thirty Nine Thousand Sicca Rupees, on Eleven Ships and other Vessels.
