and leave it in some degree doubtfull whether Witnesses for both Plaintiff and Defendant may be examined on One Writ or whether each Party who desires to examine Witnesses, ought not to sue out a Writ.
The Court rose about two o’Clock Mr. Davies desiring the Examination to be deferred to Monday when he said he had only one or two Witnesses to Examine.
