After the Court had given Sir E. Impey on affidavits that Coja Zachariah Khan and several others who had been Witnesses; for the Plaintiff in the Cause of Nauderah Baigum v Bahader Beig, Khazy Saudee, Muftee Barracktoola and Mufty Golaum Mackdoon, which had been tried at the last Sittings and now stands for Judgment; were seized and Imprison’d at Moorshedabad by Nabob Suddur ul huk khan, who was appointed by the Governor-General Warren Hastings, or by the Governor-General and Council to an office commonly call’d the Fouzdar of Bengal; and by Meer Sied Alli Khan his Naib or Deputy, Granted Writs of Habeas Corpus to bring before him immediately, or any of his Brethren Coja Zachariah Khan, and the others who were sworn to be impri=
