Mr. Sealey, Moved for an Injunction to stay proceedings at Law on a Bond, the Bill stated that Mr. Huggins bought goods of an officer of an English ship, and the next Season being applied to for payment by Mr. Thomas Ley an officer of another Ship, who told Mr. Huggins had authority from the Seller of the Goods and from his Assignees to receive the Money, but that Mr. Huggins not being ready to pay then desired time for a Month, and gave his Bond payable at the end of a Month to Mr. Thomas Ley; Now Mr. Huggins files his Bill for an Injunction on the Ground that Mr. Thomas Ley had no authority to demand payment for the Goods, and had made this Mr. Thomas Ley, and the seller
