Nothing was done in the Causes on the Plea Side of the Court but some Executors and Administrators were sworn. The rest of the day till four o’Clock in the afternoon was employ’d in trying in the Session of Oyer and Terminer and Gaol Delivery two Indictments, in another book nigh this size but of Paper not cut at the Edges and mark’d [Shorthand] No Waste Book [Monday] August 14th 1786 to [Tuesday] Dec. 12th 1786.
I intend to write the Proceedings in the Sessions in other Books.
