Some Doubt entertain’d by Impey, as to suffering a Man to plead be admitted a Defendant in Ejectment, instead of the Casual Ejector, and to Plea to the Jurisdiction. A Rule to shew Cause was granted.
Impey said these Rules ought not to be matter of Course; that there
