After the Loss the Under Writers at Madras refused to pay, why they refused the Plaintiff has not been informed thus far, the present Defendant has ask’d fairly, he has agreed to admit the Jurisdiction of this Court by admitting that he is an inhabitant of Calcutta, although in truth he is not, but resides at Madras, and thus the Defendant does in to try the Question in this Court.
