the rising of the Court about Twelve o’Clock till about four in the afternoon in the Hall of the Court House nigh Chund Paul Ghat in which House Sir William Jones lives when he is in Town and in another room which House the Court now sits.
The hearing of this Cause began on Tuesday June 27th 1786.
Damages pronounced by the Court C. R. 2,17,843 And Costs.
The Sum the Court were of opinion was on the part
of the Plaintiff proved to be due was C. R. 234913: 0:10 Pice
The Sum Proved by the Defendant on the
Sett-off, or admitted by the Plaintiff to
