Not Guilty.
The Trial began about Eleven o’Clock. The Evidence was written in Sir Robert Chambers’s Book some part by himself, some part by Mr. Justice Hyde, and some part by Sir William Jones.
The Trial of this Gower was continued all the day on Saturday untill, two Hours after Midnight, so that the Verdict being pronounced of Guilty, two Hours after Sunday had begun the Sentence pronounced by the court was that the
