But to day, it was very clearly proved on the Oaths of Mr. Mowbray and Mr. Thomas Graham, that Mr. Christie was born in Scotland, and probably at Glasgow, for Mr. Graham said he knew Mr. Christie’s Father who had lived at Glasgow, and was one of the Magistrates there, and also said he knew the Defendant was educated at Glasgow.
