Mr. Jas Dunkin moved that the name of Solomon Hamilton be struck out out of the Bill, and the name of John O’Donnell inserted therein as sole Complainant. This he moves on a petition of Mr. O’Donnell, shewing that he is the person for whose interest & benefit Mr. Hamilton became Complainant. And this petition is verified by affidavit.
