1. I was much as the Jt at Law 30 Mar: 1782 was fairly obtained for a bonâ fide debt, & the Injon shod not have been continued.
2. That the Complainant by his plea at Law, admitted Assets.
3. That the petrs sued at Law agt Complainant merely as Admors and therefore ought not to pay costs. – Rx to shew Cause.
