A Bond execd by John O’Donnell to John Herbert Esqr 28 Feb: 27 Geo: 3d A. D. 1787 in the penalty of 10000£, which recites a bond from O’Donnell & Da Costa for 5000£ with Engl: int: in a limited time, or else with 10 per Cent Int: [ILL] Calcutta & is condd for paymt of 5000£ with int: from 1 April 1780 at 5 per cent, within 3 years from the date of the bond.
This bond being fulfilled the former bond to be void as well as the counterparts of this bond.
