enter into Partnership in that Europe Shop, Mr. Chapman might have a good opportunity of making twenty per Cent for his Money, for that Moore and Lacey beleived Mr. Saunders would be glad to sell his share in the Partnership, for One Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand Rupees, and that his Share was fully worth Ninety Five Thousand Rupees, and Moore and Lacy being desirous to get rid of Saunders as a Partner, they would pay twenty five thousand Rupees themselves. I suppose the difference of Five Thousand Rupees was to be paid for Good Will of the Shop.
