Court the Award ought not to be enforced by Attachment. Mr. Davies produced an Octavo Book, call’d the Law of Awards, by Matthew Bacon, Printed in 1770, the third Edition, in which it is said page 208, that the Court will not enforce an award by Attachment, unless it is sworn to have been made according to the submission, which affidavit could not be made in this Case, for Mr. Davies said the Award was not so made: and in the same book at page 210, It is cited from 12th Modern 234, that even when the Award does not direct any thing to be done by
