1787. 4 Term. [Saturday] Nov 10.

One of the Parties, yet if he would obtain an Attachment against that Party he must shew that he tender’d a Release to that Party if he would execute what the award required of him. On these two objections the Court were of opinion that the Attachment ought not to Issue and the Court discharged the Rule to shew Cause with Costs.
