of the Masters, and to have his bill Re-Taxed, which had been Taxed in 1785 by Mr. MacVeagh.
The Court were of Opinion it was too late to review the Taxation made above two years past, the delay appearing to have been occasion’d by the misfortune of the Plaintiff that he could not, or the fault of the Plaintiff that he would not pay his Attorny’s Bill, and get the Papers deliver’d by his first Attorney to his second Attorney.
