This was an Action Debt on a Bond: The Executrix, the Defendant had Pleaded several Bonds, and among them One on which there has been a Judgment, which was made before his Marriage and recited his intended Marriage and provides that his Widow shall have Six Thousand Pounds, if she survives her Husband. The bond is made to Mr. Bathoe, and another, in the Penalty of Twelve Thousand
