Read. Exh: H. notice to produce at the Trial, cert: books of S.S. for the Beng years 1172, 1173, 1174, 1175, 1176, 1177, 1178, 1179, 1180, 1181, 1182, 1183, 1184, & 1185, called Hissaub Bohy, the Rocoor Bohy, the Jinnesser Juldah, and the Tuffauty hissaub bohy.

The Plf’s Adv: declares himself ready to produce any one of those books when called for, and, at the desire of Deft’s Adv:, actually produces a book of the year 1182, which seems not be one of those mentioned expressly in the notice for it is the Khattah or Ledger for that year.
