An Action of Trespass Assault Battery and False Imprisonment.
The Plaint alledges the Imprisonment to have begun Feb. 28th 1775 and to have continued to Feb. 1778.
One Count alledges his imprisonment till he was compell’d to sign an account acknowledging a Debt of two Thousand Rupees which were not due.
Another Count charges the seizing of twenty three Maunds and twenty seven seer of Iron of the Value of two Hundred Sicca Rupees.
Another Count charges the Defendant with cutting down and carrying away the Rice of the Plaintiff to the value of two thousand Sicca Rupees.
