There was on the back of the Indictment the name of another Wts, one Dooman said to be a Bearer. But though he had been before the Grand Jury yesterday he could not now be found. He was called repeatedly, & much inquiry made after him, the Court & Jury waiting till all hope of finding him was at an end – and then the Jury without going out of Court brought in their Verdict.
