Seepore Chokay aforesaid in the Province aforesaid in and upon Henry Graham in the peace of God and our said Lord the King then and there being feloniously wilfully and of his malice aforethought did make an assault, and that the said George Mence a certain Pistol of the value of five Shillings of lawfull money of Great Britain, then and there charged with Gun Powder and one Leaden Bullet, which Pistol he the said George Mence in his right hand then and there had and held to against and upon the said Henry Graham then and there feloniously wilfully and of his malice before thought, did shoot and discharge and that the said George Mence with the Leaden Bullet aforesaid out of the Pistol aforesaid then and there, force of the Gun-powder shot and sent forth as aforesaid the aforesaid Henry Graham in and upon the right side of him the said Henry Graham then and there with the leaden Bullet aforesaid out of the Pistol aforesaid by the said George Mence so as aforesaid shot discharged and sent forth feloniously wilfully and of his malice before thought did strike Penetrate and wound giving to the said Henry Graham then and there with the leaden Bullet aforesaid so as aforesaid shot discharged and sent forth out of the Pistol aforesaid by the said George Mence in and upon the said right side of him the said Henry Graham one mortal wound of the depth of six Inches and of the breadth of half an Inch of which said mortal wound the said Henry Graham from the said second day of October in the Year aforesaid until the twelfth day of the same month of October in the year aforesaid at Seerpore Chokey aforesaid in the Province aforesaid did languish and languishing did [lie?] on which said twelfth day of October in the year aforesaid the said Henry Graham at Dinapore aforesaid in the Province aforesaid of the said mortal wound died:
