and so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said George Mence the said Henry Graham in manner and form aforesaid feloniously wilfully and of his malice aforethought did kill and murder against the Peace of our said Court Lord the King his Crown and dignity.
And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that the George Mence was a British Subject residing within the Province of Bahar at the time of committing the Felony aforesaid and therefore is a Person subject to the Jurisdiction of this Court and likewise that the said George Mence was in the Service of the United Company of Merchants of England trading to the East Indies at the time of committing the felony aforesaid and that the said George Mence is therefore a Person subject to the Jurisdiction of this Court.

To this indictment the Prisr pleaded Not guilty, and then the Jury were charged wth him.
