when the fr.men spoke to the prisr it was in portuguese, which I understand.
I was told by the Prisr that they were frenchmen.

Verdict guilty of receiving eight bottles [ILL] called Porter and twelve bottles of Liquor called Madeira wine which [was?] feloniously stolen by Persons to the Jurors unknown he the said Francisco Imbeiro well knowing the same to have been feloniously stolen [ILL] and some as charged in the indictment.
