one Mortal Wound of which she did languish and languishing did live and afterwards to wit on the same 13th day of June in the year aforesaid at Dinapore aforesaid in the Province aforesaid, the said Mangjey of the said [ILL] and sa the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said John Baddaford in manner and form aforesaid feloniously wilfully and of his Malice aforethought the said Mauggey did kill and murder, against the peace of our said Lord the King his Crown & dignity: And the Jurors aforesaid upon this Oath aforesaid do further present that the said John Baddaford, at the time of committing the Felony and Murder aforesaid, was a British subject residing within the Province of Bahar, and therefore is a person subject to the Jurisdiction of this Court and likewise that, at the time of committing the Felony and Murder aforesaid, the said John Baddaford was in the service of the United Company of Merchants of England trading to the East Indies, and that the said John Baddaford [ILL] Person subject to the Jurisdiction of this Court.
