Mr. Justice Hyde before Sir Robert Chambers came granted a Rule to shew Cause, why an Attachment should not Issue against the Lessor of a Plaintiff in Ejectment for an abuse of the Process of the Court, in going when the plaint in Ejectment was served on the Tenant in possession, and telling him it was a decree of the Court ordering him to be turn’d out of possession and the Lessor of the Plaintiff to be put into possession, and there upon actually turning him out, by the assistance of Fifty Burcundasses, Peons, and Hircarrahs.
And the same Rule included a Portuguese Writer employ’d by Mr. Moresby who went with the Match-Lock Men and others who were with the Lessor of the Plaintiff
