On Raushe’s Bond he recd above 19000 C R [which] over pays wt was due on the bond for 13000 CR & yete he swears to the truth of the Accot annexed to his Answr in which that is charged as still due.
There were but two bonds each of which each for the exact Sum of 13000 Rs one was pd by Raush, the other is the Jt Bond.
If the 2 contested bonds Sums of 3570 & 12000 be applied
