Read in support of motion an affid: of W. Hickey that he had no reg inform— of any Excons till the 31 Jan last that he has [ILL] copy of the Excons but not yet recd it, that the Complainant’s bill contains 850 folios & that he cannot get briefs ready to argue the Excons till next Term.
Rule granted to shew cause on Monday next the 11th Instant.
