Guilty, and the rest were discharged.
There were three Prisoners named in the Calendar who were committed for Contempts and were therefore not now discharged, because they ought to be discharged by Order of the Court in Term time, they were now detain’d by Order. I think the names of those in Prison for Contempts ought not to be put in the Calendar, no more than the names of the Prisoners for Debt.

This day the Sessions ended, there being no adjournment.

The Court sate for the Trial of an Indictment prosecuted by the Greek Priest against the Portugueze Burial Ground for a Nuisance, but it being found that the Indictment was wrong in charging the Defendants with burying and could have only prov’d their permitting the bodies to be buried, on which on the Motion of the Insufficiencies. [ILL] was quash’d for
