Plaintiff a Pottah of the [Land?] at Jorah Baugun in Calcutta which was promised him in exchange for Land at Kidderpore possess’d by Colonel Watson; and that the Co should indemnify the P. from the claim of the Seats on Jurah Baugun; Or that the Court should hold the P. intituled to the Ld at Kidderpore, and should compel Colonel Watson to put him in possession, and to pay him for the buildings without any permission or even application to the complainant or his Father.
