Rex v. Richard Ralph.

Mr. Andrews, a Serjeant in the Company’s Military Service, and keeper of a Circulating library, and a Bookseller’s shop in the Old Fort, presented an Indictment to the Grand Jury against Mr. Ralp who was an Officer in the Company’s Service, I believe an Ensign, for a Libel against him, in writing and sending to Mr. Andrews and to Mr. Duncan his Attorney, the two Letters of which the copies as taken from the Indictment, are as follows
