Mr. Hare was Indicted for the Wilful Murder of William Hyde Champion.

Mr. Hare was said to have kill’d Mr. Champion, by shooting him in a Duel
The offence was said to have been committed the 28th of January 1780.
The Indictment was found this Session, and as soon as it was found it was said in Court that Mr. Hare would surrender, on which the Court appointed this day for the Trial.
He did appear in Court this Morning and came to the Bar, in the middle of the front of the Court, immediately
