Of our said Lord the King his Crown and Divinity – And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do further present That the said Richard Kelany William Wheling and Thomas Burn are respectively Persons subject to the Jurisdiction of this Court by having committed the Felony aforesaid within the Town of Calcutta and Factory of Fort William in the Province aforesaid – And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do further present That the said Richard Delany William Wheling and Thomas Burn were respectively British Subject resident within the Province of Bengal at the time of committing the Felony aforesaid and that the said Richard Delany William Wheling and Thomas Burn are therefore Persons respectively subject to the Jurisdiction of this Court. And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do further present that at the Time of committing the Felony aforesaid the said Richard Delany William Wheling and Thomas Burn were respectively in the Service of the United Company of Merchants of England trading to the East Indies and that the said Richard Delany William Wheling and Thomas Burn are therefore Persons respectively subject to the Jurisdiction of this Court
