The business of the Session which has been interrupted ever since the 5th instant though the Session has been adjourned from day to day is now resumed.

Wheling and Burn who were on the 4th instant, tried with Richd Delany for the robbery of Serjeant Towe, for which Delany was executed on Saturday last, were now put to the bar to be tried for the other robbery, committed at the same time, on Segt Ross.
