I am a Dandy of Mr. Ewart. I knew Mr. Starkey, & I know the prisr Mr. Mackell. I came with Mr. Starkey from Jallagant, a place to the East of Jessore, towards Calcutta, we stopt at Bussentpoor haut, 3 days Journey by water from Culnea where Mr. Ewart lives. The place is in Bengal, & Mr. Mackell has a house there.

Mr. Starkey stopt there and ate with Mr. Mackell and then came on to Calcutta.
