The notice on 1 Febr 1774 was that all who had any outstanding Bal of Salt shod

on or before the 11 Febr 1775. But nothing here like an undertaking to pay.

All the notices stated in the Bill are notices to deliver in their accost not undertaking to pay; except indeed that in two cases assurances are said to have been given that their demands when liquidated shod
